Fluorinated ammonia nitrogen sewage treatment equipment

Process introduction

The generated sewage flows through the gravity drainage pipe to the uniform water quality and quantity of the regulating tank, and the effluent is raised from the pump to the two-stage sedimentation tank. The effluent from the sedimentation tank enters the intermediate tank, and is lifted by the intermediate tank to the ammonia nitrogen blowing tower, and then flows to the double A/O reaction tank, which is divided into anoxic 2 pool, aerobic 2 pool, anoxic 1 pool and aerobic 2 pool. The system is equipped with a reflux system of nitration from aerobic tank to anoxic tank. When the wastewater flows through the anoxic tank, the denitrification reducing bacteria in the tank use organic matter as the electron donor to act as the nutrient to reduce the nitrate nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen in the nitrification liquid of the aerobic tank to nitrogen, reduce the total nitrogen and reduce the CODcr in the wastewater. The ammonia nitrogen in wastewater was degraded to nitrate nitrogen by nitrifying bacteria and nitrosifying bacteria, and the CODcr in wastewater was decomposed to carbon dioxide and water by heteroxy bacteria in Hao1 tank. The anaerobic pool is equipped with a high speed submersible mixer to stir and mix the sludge in the pool, and the aerobic pool is equipped with an aeration device and a blower for aeration and oxygenation.
